If the light is not bright enough at night or lasts only an hour or two, it is essential to ensure that the solar panel is installed in a place with more than 8 hours of sunlight and no shade or glass. If the weather is bad, the battery cannot be fully charged, leading to reduced light intensity and duration.

If the remote control does not work, the user should first check if it has power and ensure they are within 12 meters. It is also recommended to keep the remote control in a dry and cool place to avoid water vapor from entering and causing it not to function.

If the product does not work at all, the user should check if the power button on the back of the light is turned on. If the light is turned off using the remote, they need to press the button again to make it work. Additionally, this light does not operate during the day.

If the lights keep blinking, it could be because the solar panel is in a dim but not completely dark environment or is illuminated by other lights, causing the lamp to switch back and forth between charging and discharging states.
